How to Order

You may place your order by web, phone, or email.

Backordered Items

If you have ordered a backordered item, we will contact you immediately. You will be given the option of an exchange, store credit, refund, or to wait for the backordered item.

Modifying or Canceling Order

You may modify or cancel your order by email or phone within 24 hours for no additional charge as long as your order has not yet been shipped. If your order has been shipped then our return policies apply. See Returns and Exchanges section for more information.

Sales Tax Information

Shipments to California addresses will be charged sales tax in the amount of 8.75% of product total before shipping cost is applied.

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and local checks.

Shipping Information

Shipping Procedures

All orders are shipped from our location in San Luis Obispo, California. We reuse packaging and shipping materials whenever possible. In addition, we use post-consumer recycled and recyclable boxes, mailers, and void filler.

An invoice will be included with your shipment unless otherwise requested.

If item(s) are a gift, please inform us and we can send a packing list without prices and also include a gift note.

Shipping Timeframe

Orders for in stock items will usually ship within 1-3 business days. If an item is out of stock, you will be contacted and given an approximate date of delivery.

Shipping Method

Shipping is via UPS Ground or USPS. Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery. If shipping is delayed for some reason, you will be notified immediately.

When your package has shipped, you will receive an email that contains shipment and transit information. If your package does not arrive within 5 business days of the carrier’s posted delivery date, please contact us so we can file a claim with the shipper.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are determined by order amount before sales tax (if applicable). Oversized or overweight items may incur additional shipping fees. Any additional shipping fees are stated in the product description and will be calculated into the total at checkout.

Shipping Address

Please be sure to provide the correct shipping address when placing your order. You will be responsible for any costs incurred due to re-routing or returning of a shipment because of an incorrect address provided by you.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories

Items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories may be charged additional shipping fees.

International Shipping

We do not ship internationally at this time.

Local Bicycle Delivery Option (“Green Pedals” Program)

For customers who live within the San Luis Obispo city limits, we offer our super “green” bicycle delivery service for FREE. Your package will be carefully toted to your doorstep. Some oversized or overweight items do not qualify for our bicycle delivery service. Any item that does not qualify will say so in its product description.

You will be notified by phone or email of the bicycle delivery date of your items.

A signature is required at the time of delivery, or a signed and dated note may be left on your front door giving us permission to leave the package on your doorstep.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your products arrive and are either damaged or defective, please contact us immediately by phone or email so we can replace them at no charge.

If a problem occurs with your item after 30 days, please contact the manufacturer directly. You may contact us for manufacturer information if needed.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase date for refund, exchange, or store credit on normal-priced items. All sales are final on sale/clearance items.

All products must be in new, unwashed, and unused condition, with all original packaging.

Due to health regulations, the following items cannot be returned: bedding, mattresses

Please call or email us in advance before returning any products. You will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to write on the outside of your package and will be given return instructions. If possible, please include a copy of your packing list or invoice for quicker return processing. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We encourage you to insure your return package. EcoBambino is not responsible for returns damaged or lost in transit.

When your products are received and verified to be in new condition, you will be credited for full cost of the items (less shipping/handling fees). If your purchase was made during a free shipping promotion, our regular applicable shipping charges will be deducted from your credit.

If the returned items do not fully meet our standards, a minimum 20% restocking fee will apply.

Viewing and use of this site is at your own risk. EcoBambino does its best to provide reliable and accurate information.

We are not perfect and sometimes make mistakes, such as errors in product descriptions or an incorrect price listing. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. In the event that you have ordered an item at an incorrect price, you will be notified by phone or email of the correct price and you can decide whether to keep or cancel your order.

All content on the EcoBambino website including design, images, graphics, and texts is owned, controlled, or licensed to EcoBambino or other third parties and is subject to all applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is very important to us. Any personal information provided to EcoBambino will be used for communication purposes only, such as order notifications, shipment tracking, and e-newsletters. You can unsubscribe to our newsletters at any time. Your personal information will not be shared, sold, traded, or compromised in any way.
